IMPACT Threat Solutions is a private security contracting company headquartered in north Texas. We are a state licensed and fully insured security contracting company, and specialize in providing armed security for schools, churches, political organizations, individuals, and corporations, as well as providing threat intelligence, secure courier, and investigation services. Through our partner businesses, we also provide cyber/technology security expertise in addition to armed security and defensive training.

 

All our officers are licensed Personal Protection officers meaning we can operate in both uniform and plainclothes. Our team experience includes law enforcement, military, and longtime private security operators, some of whom have operated internationally. All of officers have first aid and stop the bleed training. All officers are physically fit and mentally up the challenge for the type of work we do. We endeavor to be your one stop contractor for all your security and training needs.

 

At schools and churches, we have dealt with criminals, gang members, mental health issues, armed persons, intoxicated and impaired persons, drug addicts handing in the narcotics and seeking help, estranged parents, protective orders, protests, disruptors, lost children, prevented child abduction, handled trespassers and pan handlers, medical emergencies, and more. School Safety and Security

 

We have been providing armed uniform protection for schools since 2019 for grades K-12, as well as younger children. When selecting us as your security provider, you can rest assured that we have the experience working in and around schools and are licensed and insured for it. We have accumulated expertise that many other security firms just don’t have in the protection of education institutions. Simply put, many other security companies just don’t have the background and experience we have in this area.

 

Regarding School Safety, we teach active shooter defense courses, and provide consulting for access control, camera systems, and emergency procedure and protocols. Whether you are building a new school or updating an existing one, we have the experienced staff to make your school safer by adding a layer of armed protection now mandated by the state and helping with the policies and procedures necessary to protect the children and staff at your school.

 

We teach and certify school staff for the Texas School Safety Certification, so that your staff can be armed in your schools should you desire it, or simply be educated in how to respond to such a horrific event. Our staff has been protecting religious clients both domestically and internationally for many years. Currently our staff provides security services for churches in both uniformed and plainclothes roles. Our staff is well trained and much real-world experience in this arena. We are well versed in many religious protocols and how to operate in this welcoming environment. Several national and internationally known religious leaders have been protected by our staff, including the Bishop, Priests, and Evangelical leaders.

Armed Security and Personal Protection Officers

 

Previous clients include celebrity martial artists, family violence victims, religious personnel including Christian pastors, members and clergy of the Catholic church, corporate executives and their families, politicians, and other VIPs. All our staff are licensed as personal protection officers and have much real-world experience. We have received many compliments from law enforcement personnel and clients alike in how well our team has worked alongside them or integrated with client staff when in both uniform and undercover plainclothes roles. Venues we’ve worked include political events, charities, gun shows, churches, schools, business meetings, escorting witnesses to court, protection from violent or potentially violent family members and spouses, and more.

K9 Patrol

 

Our K9s have been used to alert us and our clients to dangers in various venues. Our dogs have been used in churches, schools, trade shows, charity events, protection of family violence victims, and agricultural land patrols, as well as provide personal protection. Each dog is well trained in obedience and patrol/protection work and are K9 Pro Sports competitors. Our lead handler is a certified trainer (CACTP, Certified Advanced Canine Training Professional & CTBS, Certified Canine Training and Behavior Specialist), and has been a working dog handler since 2012. The mere presence of the canine usually sends an authoratative message to anyone who might commint any wrongdoing.

 

 

Investigations

 

We provide private investigation services in addition to our armed security services. Cases our team members have investigated include fraud, extortion, industrial espionage, cyber stalking & harassment, theft, trespassing, and more.

 

Threat Intelligence

 

We provide threat intelligence to our clients to determine the risk to them and their organization. This data is important to have prior to assessing the risk to our clients and for implementing appropriate countermeasures and planning.

 

Training

 

Our affiliate, IMPACT Operational Defense (TX License F07364401), is licensed by the state of Texas to train and certify security officers for both Level III (Commissioned Security Officers) and Level IV (Personal, Protection Officers), and we are a certified Law Enforcement Firearms and Tactical Shooting Agency. Our instructors are primarily the same personal protection officers that you will find on the job at your location or those of our other clients. They hold various certifications including many NRA disciplines in addition to our law enforcement, military, and security expertise.

 

 We are also certified to teach the Texas School Safety Certification for active shooter defense in school systems. For us this a logical extension of the actual services we provide to our school system clients throughout the school year. Similarly, because we do this job every day, we are well suited to teach both the security and active shooter classes as well as defensive firearms courses.
